- 1Open this page in Safari. Using Chrome or another browser on iPhone? That works too on iOS 16.4 and later.
- 2Tap the Share button On the newest iPhones it’s inside the menu: tap the small icon at the left end of the address bar (next to the back arrow), then Share. On some versions it’s a ••• button instead, or the Share button sits right in the toolbar.
- 3Scroll down the list and tap Add to Home Screen
- 4If you see Open as Web App, leave it on. Tap Add and the SPS shield appears on your home screen.
- 1Open this page in Chrome (Samsung Internet and Edge work the same way).
- 2Tap the menu in the top right.
- 3Tap Install app (on some phones it says Add to Home screen).
- 4Tap Install. Press and hold the icon later for shortcuts to Shop, Calculator, Certificates and your Account.
- 1Chrome or Edge on Windows or Mac: click the install icon at the right end of the address bar, then Install.
- 2No icon there? Open the browser menu and choose Cast, save and share → Install page as app (Chrome) or Apps → Install this site as an app (Edge).
- 3Safari on Mac: choose File → Add to Dock (macOS Sonoma or later).
- 4It opens in its own window and gets a spot in your Start menu, taskbar or Dock.

Good to know
Is this a real app?
It installs from this site rather than an app store, opens in its own window and has its own icon. Under the hood it is the same secure site, so your account, cart and orders are exactly the same.
How much space does it take?
Very little. It keeps the calculator and the pages you open most recently on your device so they load faster, and clears older ones out on its own.
Do I need to sign in again?
On iPhone and iPad, yes, once. The home-screen app keeps its own sign-in, separate from Safari. On Android and computers it usually shares your browser sign-in.
How do I remove it?
The same way as any app: press and hold the icon and choose Remove (iPhone) or Uninstall (Android). On a computer, open the app’s menu and choose Uninstall.
